XINKE has an on-site tool room facility for Computer Numerical Control, which enables the manufacturing of form tools and machining for high specification components.

We utilise several CAD CAM CNC machines, all of which offer five-axis CNC machining, as well as other associated machining equipment, such as spot drilling, lathe and EDM wire erosion. CAD drawings are created – 2D or 3D – which are then turned into a code of coordinates that the CNC machines understand, to control the various stages of manufacturing.

This process offers a much more precise method of manufacturing components, particularly with the more complex 3D shapes. Qualitetch also offers a tap wiring service to remove broken taps from tools, should you require this.
